Serenzo Castello

Serenzo Castello is panel parquet brought to perfection

The parquet panels we manufacture are based on classic designs and the geometry of every individual pattern.

Wooden floor coverings have been known in middle Europe since the 13th century.  In the beginning, they were crude boards laid side by side. Much later - in the 16th century - were parquet panels were introduced and considered from then on a prestigious flooring.
Many of these masterpieces can still be admired in old mansions and castles, centuries after their installation. To replicate this, the Serenzo Castello panels are  produced using traditional solid timber. Alternatively you can choose a multi-layer type of panel, manufactured in the tradition of the early 20th century, can be chosen

Panel parquet with tradition

Serenzo is available in the classic wood species for floors: oak and walnut. We are not using any “fashionable wood species”, because we strive to retain original character.
Oak is one of the hardest and most stable domestic wood species.  From the beginning floor manufacturers have appreciated  its colour, stability, durability and natural beauty.
Walnut is also a species which is hard and durable and popular because of its distinguished grain and its natural dark colour.  Especially when applied in contrast to lighter wood it fully reveals its beauty.
